LOW HIGH SCHOOL TEST SCORES

Half of Illinois public high school students have flunked there state exams in science, math, reading. Grade school posted there highest passing rate in a decade this year. Basically the I SAT are to easy and the P A S E  are to hard. Passing state exams is important.
